Gift for Life Industry Achievement Award: Chavez for Charity
Chavez for Charity received GFL’s Industry Achievement Award, which recognizes overall excellence and contribution to the gift and home industry. Chavez for Charity is a fashion jewelry and accessories company that supports its trademark phrase ‘Colors for Causes.’ For every product sold, Chavez for Charity donates 25 percent of profits to charitable causes worldwide.
Industry Rising Star: Young Gift Executives In response to a need for a more unified industry, Chad Corzine and co-founder, Dylan Schauben, started the Young Gift Executives, focused on gift industry professionals under the age of 40. What began as an association to help the next generation in the industry reach their objectives has turned into so much more. Giving back is another important part of the organization’s goals. Market events, such as Party on Peachtree and this summer’s Cheers for Charity are designed to help multiple charitable organizations.
